Little Silver Democratic Club

In July of 2018, the Little Silver Democratic Club was officially established, and officers were elected to one-year terms.

Monmouth County Committee Members

Monmouth County is divided into 457 election districts. Little Silver has 7 districts. Each district has its own polling place and is represented by one man and one woman from each political party. The individuals are the party officials at the most local level. They are commonly referred to as “district leaders,” or officially as “County Committee Members.”

Voters elect County Committee members every two years during the Primary Election in June (in even numbered years). They are nominated by petition, signed by registered Democrats, in the district in which they reside. The term of office begins the Saturday following the Primary Election.
